All the choice of building materials is based on sustainability, with certification in the form of manufacture, transport, durability and maintenance. The entire building structure will be made using a
mix of woodframe and CLT, an innovative construction method that guarantees quality and speed. Sustainably sourced wood certified according to the FSC standard will be used. The façades will be clad with capoto and high-quality window frames with thermo-acoustic glass. The roof will be made of recyclable zinc sheeting.
FINISHES
All the finishes will be made from top quality materials with sustainability certification, both in their manufacture and origin. Priority has been given to natural materials that are easy to maintain and highly durable.
